O-Ring Recognizer

O-RING RECOGNIZER

Different materials have different resiliencies, the O-Ring Recognizer was designed to recognise 4 kinds of rubber such as:

1-EPDM70
2-NBR70
3-FFKM75
4-FKM75

These O-rings are usually in black in colour and not easy to differentiate between the materials. When you use this pen to hit the O-ring, the pen will bounce back to the material mark indicating the format of the o-ring.

SEAL CLASPER

The SEAL CLASPER can clasp PTFE piston seals back into their groove, it works on sizes ranging from 50mm to 360mm OD.
The stainless steel belt can be adjusted according to the dimension of seals, the HPU triangle protector prevents the seal being damaged.

SEAL STRETCHER Heavy Duty

The Seal Stretcher enables you to stretch a heated PTFE ring to a desired size. Once stretched the piston seal can be placed on the groove and secured in place with the Seal Clasper. This makes for an easier process of fitting the seal into the cylinder after constriction.

TAPE CUTTER

The TAPE CUTTER is a speciality cutter for resin fabric bearing strip (not including fragile material). The 4 screws on the cover can fine tuning the angle of the blade. It can make the perfect kerf of 60 degrees at once without any de-flashing process.
The blade can be replaced by a regular stationary blade. 1 blade can be used twice

DIN 11851 milk coupling seals are aseptic seals. Widely used in the food industry and especially in dairy lines, it is mounted in the housing according to the DIN 11850 regulations, in saying that the pipe couplings can be adapted to tubes of different standards (SMS,DIN,US or BSOD, etc). Abbey Seals can provide specific seals upon request.

TriClover Clamp Seals – 4 Main standards for clamp connectors:

Abbey Seals as standard use mainly FDA approved Materials, however other materials are available upon request with the following certifications: USP VI, 3A, 1935/2004,ACS,KTW etc.

PTFE enveloped clamp seals are made up of an outside PTFE envelope ( with FDA and USP VI certification) and elastomer core. They are mainly used in chemical and pharmaceutical applications. The PTFE envelope enhances the chemical resistance of the seal, which gives the seal a universal chemical compatibility. The elastomer core ensures good elasticity of the seal as well as good sealing duration.
