Shipping & Returns

Orders placed by 4pm on abbeyseals.ie will be fulfilled & shipped that day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. We operate a next day delivery nationwide and a 2-day delivery service to the UK. All prices quoted are in Euro. All orders over €50 receive free Postage and Packaging for delivery within Ireland.

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms & conditions, you should contact us at info@abbeyseals.ie before placing an order.

AVAILABILITY

abbeyseals.ie endeavours to keep the website as up to date as possible and ensure all items are in stock. However, we cannot guarantee that all items shown are still available. If we receive an order for an out of stock item you will be informed of this via email within 24 hours and offered the option to cancel the order, shown an alternative item or informed of future availability.

PAYMENT

abbeyseals.ie uses PayPal to process payments.

SALES TAX

All prices include VAT of 23%. For customers outside the Republic of Ireland, the 23% VAT will be deducted from your order at Checkout stage.

Please be advised that International orders may encounter a Customs Duty upon receipt of the product dependent upon destination country. You are also responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Abbeyseals.ie is not responsible for any fees that may be charged by customs in your country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order and another email will be sent once the item has been shipped – this email will say the transaction has been ‘completed’.

We use DPD and An Post for our shipping requirements. You will receive a Tracking Number for your order. All orders require a signature on delivery. If you’re away from the designated delivery address when your order arrives, an ‘Attempted Delivery’ note will be left with instructions to contact these companies to arrange redelivery or collection of your order from their depot.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

abbeyseals.ie will inspect every item before it is shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item and wish to return or exchange it, you must email abbeyseals.ie at, info@abbeyseals.ie within 24 hours of delivery to inform us and state your preference of refund or re-placement.

– Domestic Returns must be made within 14 days of ship date

– International Returns must be made within 21 days of ship date

– Shipping refunds are not included with purchase and must be provided by the customer

– Please notify us of your return at info@abbeyseals.ie to help reimburse you promptly

– Refunds will be issued within one week of receiving and inspecting the merchandise

All ‘sale’ items are final sale unless damaged, where a refund will be issued.

After an inspection and acceptance of an item for return, a refund will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase or if you prefer, an in-stock replacement item will be shipped to the address of the original purchase and any new shipping costs will be at abbeyseals.ie expense.

In the event that a return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
